For the last 15 years Ryan has had regular editorial assignments with a number of outlets to illustrate food stories and chef profiles. This translated easily to n house work with bars and Restaurants and Special event producers.
This experience led to collaborations with the earliest incarnation of the (Immaculate) Infatuation working with the leadership team producing some of their initial guide content; to populate their recommendation indexes as well as their specialized and targeted seasonal guides.
Most lately Ryan has worked with Vox Media, helping document many of their special-events and activations curated by Eater capturing the look and feel of the temporary and ephemeral experiences for digital posterity.

Ryan has also worked with Vox Media’s food website Eater and documented several events in the Eater Test Kitchen that feature special experiences for private audiences for invited guests.
